The Maternity Navigator will provide virtual and in-person support to expectant mothers, educating them on health topics and connecting them to essential community resources. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation as a certified professional. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with technology platforms are also required.

Nadia Care is working to drastically change the experience of affected communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms.
Nadia Care’s mission is to improve pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey for women and their families by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support for expectant moms at home, in person and virtually to ensure they have all the social support they need for a successful and joyful pregnancy journey. We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.
We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. Instead, we support expectant mothers with all other health-related social needs not typically available through their doctors’ offices.
Nadia Care is looking for a full-time Maternity Navigator (MN) to be a trusted partner and advocate for expectant and new mothers in Montgomery/Prince George's County, Maryland area. Our MNs are the heart of our work—hired from the communities we serve, they build deep, meaningful relationships with the families they work with.
You will act as a bridge between the healthcare system and the community, ensuring that each mother feels heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools she needs for a healthy and joyful pregnancy. This role is for someone who is passionate about making a difference—who believes that every woman deserves the best care, regardless of background or circumstances.

This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range between $18-$28/hr. Exact compensation will depend on years of direct relevant experience.
