The Personal Wellness Trainer will conduct wellness assessments, design personalized exercise programs, and track member progress to help them achieve their health goals. They are also responsible for building member relationships, promoting safe equipment use, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, current CPR/AED certification, and a nationally recognized personal training certification. At least one year of personal training experience and knowledge of strength equipment are required.
