The Electrical Test Supervisor will lead a team of specialists and technicians through the integration and testing of satellites while managing production floor operations. This role involves mentoring staff, prioritizing workloads, and collaborating with other leaders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline, or four years of equivalent technical experience. Proficiency in testing and debugging complex electrical systems, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is required.

As the Electrical Test Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our team of electrical test specialists and technicians through integration and test of Astranis's satellites, both current generation and new! This includes fire-fighting and escalating issues, prioritizing test operations, and raising our technical and quality bars. The Electrical Test Supervisor would be in charge of hiring, mentoring, and training new specialists and technicians and ensuring all test operations go as smoothly as possible as we scale our satellite production.
