The Product Manager will bridge the gap between engineering and user workflow for Premiere Pro's Realtime Experience team, focusing on video modernization and AI features. They are responsible for owning the 6-9 month roadmap and coordinating cross-functional execution from inception to launch.
Candidates need 1-3 years of product management experience and a working knowledge of video editing workflows and rendering. Strong technical curiosity to discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers and the ability to influence without authority are essential.

In your role as a Product Manager on the Realtime Experience team, you act as the bridge between engineering work and workflow. You will build detailed, hands-on insight into the team’s development. You will also understand how Premiere Pro customers edit, recognize product slowdowns or issues, and know what improved performance means for users with urgent deadlines.
This role requires genuine technical curiosity and strong customer empathy. You will keep a cross-functional team moving. You will work closely with engineering to prioritize and scope work. You will contribute to roadmap decisions based on real use cases. You will ensure meaningful infrastructure progress results in a product customers love.

In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
