The Shift Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, preparing beverages and food, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also oversee shift operations, manage inventory, and provide leadership to the team to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality, with a preference for prior supervisory experience. Applicants must be reliable, possess strong communication skills, and be available to work at least 28 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
