Act as the face of Carvana by managing the customer pick-up experience at the car Vending Machine. Responsibilities include completing customer paperwork, addressing technical issues, and maintaining vehicle quality through detailing.
Requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Candidates must be able to obtain a Notary commission and other state-specific licenses within the first 90 days.

Whether it's helping customers with our one of a kind Vending Machine experience or getting involved in the local community, our Customer Advocates are leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
Shift Requirement:. The hours for this position are from 7am - 3pm or 1pm - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to 24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy a $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.
And that's not all! Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
* Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). * Candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
* California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).
* Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). Obtaining this license is a condition of employment; failure to secure it may impact continued employment in this role.
