The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs. They are responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, and maintaining detailed service records.
Previous experience in an automotive service role is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should have familiarity with automotive service software and a basic understanding of vehicle repair procedures.
