The primary purpose of this role is to lead the actuarial strategy and analysis for the Workers Compensation segment, partnering closely with senior leadership, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and other key stakeholders to drive profitable growth and informed business decision-making.Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The national average salary range for the Sr. Actuarial Manager is $141,640 to $194,755 with 30% incentive.
