Partner with Claims leadership to evaluate claim trends, severity drivers, and operational initiatives that impact Workers Compensation performance.
Provide actuarial support for business planning, forecasting, reinsurance evaluations, and other strategic initiatives affecting the Workers Compensation portfolio.
Clearly communicate actuarial analyses, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management and executive leadership.
Present findings and recommendations in meetings and strategic discussions, translating complex actuarial concepts into practical business considerations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing education and guidance on actuarial methodologies, assumptions, and key performance drivers.
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the Actuarial function in enterprise and segment-level efforts.
