The Licensed Surveyor is responsible for managing assigned surveying projects and client accounts, ensuring technical quality and profitability. Duties include performing design-related surveys, managing project budgets and schedules, and coordinating with internal design teams and clients.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Surveying/Engineering and a professional license (L.S.) in at least one state where the company operates. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of surveying experience and proficiency in Civil 3D and GPS/RTK technology are required.
Timmons Group is seeking a Licensed Surveyor to join our Survey group for our Plano, TX office location.
The Licensed Surveyor is responsible for the successful management of assigned projects and for the management of assigned client accounts. The successful candidate will manage/perform design related surveying projects using relevant office software, modeling and CADD technology.
