We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs for our East Hills properties with a combined 313 units. The Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs is responsible for the for implementation and coordinator of on-site resident services and support with robust partnership and program development. The Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs takes pride in the community and motivates others to do the same, through supporting staff and residents and encouraging co-investment for the quality of life in the community.
Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Manager of Community Partnerships and Resident Programs is a key member of the management ecosystem. This person will focus on strategies that help improve residents' quality of life in key focus areas including housing stabilization, youth development, employment/workforce development, and health. Additionally, this role will play a key role in encouraging positive community engagement and fostering resident leadership.
The primary priorities of this position are:
