About the Role 职位概述
Join Covestro's Special Films (SF) team as a Regional Technical Product Management Expert, where you will be the cornerstone of product quality and stewardship for our commercial film products. As the APAC go-to expert for Flexible Films, you will bridge local operations with global technical communities, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
Own and maintain product specifications for the GUA site — building, reviewing, and updating them while aligning internal capabilities with external customer requirements. 负责广州工厂产品规格的建立、审核与更新，在满足外部客户要求的同时，充分考量内部生产能力。

Requirements 任职要求
Education 学历要求 Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline. 化学工程、化学或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。
Experience 工作经验 Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in quality assurance, quality management, or product/process development; experience with polymer films, film coating, or conversion is a plus. 至少3年质量保证、质量管理或产品/工艺开发相关工作经验；具备聚合物薄膜、薄膜涂层或转化加工经验者优先。
Technical Skills 专业技能 Proficiency in technical writing and statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab); working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems; understanding of chemical formulation, film & coating ingredients, and international labelling conventions (CAS#, EU regulations) is required.
