The Server Assistant is responsible for running food and drinks to guests and resetting tables. They provide essential support to assigned service areas to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant and open availability for evenings and weekends. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift.
Meat & Potatoes focuses on elevated, classic comfort food and cocktails. It also includes the Rib Room, a private dining space with a rotating a la carte menu. This position will assist with re-setting tables, running food and drink, and providing support to their assigned service areas.
-2+ years experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
-Must have open availability including evenings and weekends
-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
-Ability to work under pressure
-Love of exceptional food and drink
-Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
