PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the design and implementation of data transfer strategies by demonstrating expertise in operational data architecture to optimize data flow and integration. - Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing overall data integrity and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze data transfer activities to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving innovation within the operations framework. - Implement best practices in data management and integration, aligning with BNY's principles of collaboration and client-focused service. - Provide insights and recommendations on data-driven strategies to support decision-making processes across operations. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management. - Advanced degree preferred. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
