Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, reporting, and auditing for salary and hourly employees while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves managing the payroll cycle, handling garnishments, and collaborating with HR and Finance to improve process efficiencies.
Requires a university degree with at least 4 years of payroll experience, including 2+ years of multi-state and local tax experience. Proficiency in Workday Payroll and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred, along with experience in manufacturing and union environments.
The Payroll Partner will be responsible for the accurate and timely payroll processing, submission, reporting, and auditing for salary and hourly employees while ensuring compliance with company policies as well as Federal, State, Local and IRS regulations. Maintains a high standard of quality and accuracy by being proactive in managing the payroll cycle to meet all payroll deadlines. Provides excellent customer service and works closely and collaboratively with HR and other cross-functional departments. The Payroll Partner will support process and technology improvements that result in efficiencies and increase precision across enterprise pay and time process.
