The Tank Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, repair, and modification of petroleum tanks and trailers to ensure they meet safety and DOT standards. They must perform welding, structural repairs, and equipment maintenance while maintaining a clean and safe shop environment.
Candidates must have at least two years of professional tank fabrication experience and a current welding certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds.

Alpha Transport, a leading petroleum transporter in the Western U.S., is committed to safety, professionalism,
quality workmanship, and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced Tank Fabricator to join our
maintenance team.
The Tank Fabricator will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, modification, and welding of petroleum tanks,
trailers, and related equipment. The ideal candidate is a skilled fabricator and certified welder who takes pride
in producing safe, high-quality work while maintaining compliance with applicable Federal DOT cargo tank
standards and regulations.

ownership of their work, identify and communicate safety or quality concerns, support fellow team members,
and ensure every repair or fabrication project meets Alpha's standards before equipment is returned to service.
