The HR Business Partner provides strategic HR support to teammates and leaders within a specific territory to ensure talent goals are met. Key focus areas include teammate retention, engagement, and ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment. PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certifications are preferred along with the ability to travel periodically.

The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics in one territory (to be determined). This position offers remote work with periodic travel to clinics and Ivy's home office. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed to meet goals, focusing on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance.
This role will also provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise to elevate the broader people strategy. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic and high performing team committed to serving our teammates and partners in all aspects of their day-to-day HR needs as well as continuous efforts to build and sustain a best-in-class culture.
