The Teaching Assistant will lead laboratory sessions and perform exam proctoring for the Introduction to Business Management course. They are responsible for student contact and ensuring the delivery of course concepts through case studies.
Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 8.0, have completed ADM 1700 with an A grade, and be at least in their second year of a business degree. Excellent proficiency in French (reading, writing, and teaching) is required.

Avoir atteint la deuxième année au baccalauréat en sciences commerciales ou dans une discipline connexe ou pertinente ;
Capacité de comprendre et d'interpréter les principes de base de la gestion des affaires ;
Pouvoir intégrer les concepts de gestion des affaires dans des mises en situation (avec les études de cas)
Comprendre et lire en français, et l'écrire et l'enseigner avec aisance (niveau excellent) ;
Approche construtive et inclusive envers la communauté étudiante de première année ;
Aptitude en analyse de cas et en rédaction d'affaires ;
Expérience avec la présentation de cours en ligne considérée comme un atout.
Expérience avec un environnement de vidéoconférence en ligne considérée comme un atout (ex. Microsoft Teams)
