The Designer II produces accurate construction plans and supports the design team with site layouts, utility infrastructure, and grading plans. They are responsible for maintaining CAD standards and coordinating with regulatory agencies to address review comments.
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a path toward PE licensure are preferred.

Position Overview
A Designer II (DII) will work as an integral part of a team to produce plans with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A DII will primarily work in a support role to assist the team with individual design elements of the project. For some projects, the DII may be the primary or lead designer, responsible for completing and/or coordinating most of the design tasks with support from others.
