The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in maintaining community cash flow, resident relations, and property standards. Responsibilities include processing applications, managing move-ins and move-outs, and overseeing daily office operations in the manager's absence.
Candidates must possess a 4-year degree, an associate degree, or 2 years of experience in retail or customer service. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, with preference given to those with ARM or CAM certifications.
Managing People - Includes staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement; Takes responsibility for subordinates' activities; Provides regular performance feedback; Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth; Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external).
Must have one or more of the following:
• 4-year Degree
• 2-year Associates Degree
• 2 years’ work experience in retail sales or customer related service
• Professional Appearance
• Detailed oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices
• Excellent customer service skills as well as sales and marketing skills
