Lead the development and execution of asset health strategies to enhance equipment availability and lifecycle performance for customer fleets. Manage an operational oil laboratory and lead a team of professionals to deliver strategic recommendations and executive reporting.
Requires demonstrated experience in reliability engineering or asset health within heavy industry, specifically with mining or construction fleets. A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Reliability, or Asset Management is expected along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
About the Role
Reporting to the Fleet Performance Manager, the Asset Health Manager will lead the development and execution of asset health strategies that enhance equipment availability and lifecycle performance for customer fleets.
You will work collaboratively with customers, technical specialists, product support teams, and operational stakeholders to analyse fleet performance condition monitoring data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement proactive maintenance and availability initiatives.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, internal & external customer relationship management, and team leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
