The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising restaurant operations to ensure safety and compliance. They also provide training and coaching to team members while delivering exceptional guest service.
Candidates must have previous experience in retail or hospitality and a passion for mentoring team members. A guest-obsessed mindset and alignment with company values are essential for this role.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.
