The Restaurant Manager is responsible for driving financial profitability, guest satisfaction, and high-performance culture within the restaurant. They lead the team from the front, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a safe working environment.
Candidates must have prior retail or hospitality experience and a strong commitment to guest service. The role requires full-time availability, including nights and weekends, and a passion for coaching and mentoring team members.
