Job Responsibilities
The Casino Host International is responsible for ensuring our International VIP guests and patrons enjoy a favorable gaming experience, take care of their needs and provide superior service to all guests and patrons. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management.
License Level: This is a gaming level position. This is a predominately customer service focused role but the position has access to sensitive customer information. Nothing in this description shall be interpreted to give this position the ability to make discretionary decision or develop and implement policies that will have long term impact on gaming operations.
Essential Duties / Core Competencies
Greets International VIP Casino patrons and guests and assist them with their needs.
Approves and monitors comp issuance based on player performance in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Attends player events both on and off site, interact with invited players and provide superior guest service.
Greets and informs guests of the benefits of the Genting Rewards program, identify and either sign-up or get a replacement card while they are on the game.
Achieves personal and department goals as determined by management.
Aggressively promotes the different tiers of the Genting Rewards program and encourages players to play up to achieve the next tier level.
Actively seeks new players through networking.
Cultivates good customer relations to entice incremental trips to the casino from existing customers and build the gaming worth of assigned player base.
Speaks with qualified players in person or by phone to sell promotions and special events.
Maintains good communication with casino personnel, assist and help interpret with disputes when necessary.
May represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property.
Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the local, regional and national marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success.

Work/Educational Experience
Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
High school Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Previous experience as a casino Host is preferred
Experience with direct and in-direct contact with customers.
