The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of assigned programs, including staff supervision and performance monitoring. They must ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, maintain a therapeutic environment, and oversee the quality and efficiency of clinical services.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field along with an LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT license. A minimum of five years of experience in behavioral healthcare, including at least three years in a supervisory or management role, is required.

He or she is responsible for managing and monitoring the job performance of all program employees; assuring the quality of clinical services provided to persons served and the communications between program employees and agency administration.
