The Matrix Manager is responsible for the execution of large-scale programs and projects, including defining roadmaps, managing financial performance, and ensuring strategic alignment. They lead human resources within a matrix structure to deliver value for members and clients while monitoring KPIs and overseeing change management.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Proficiency in French is required, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results and accountability.
