Install, program, and maintain fire alarm, security, and gas detection systems according to ULC and NBC standards. Perform system startups, conduct tests with central stations, and produce detailed inspection reports.
Requires a DEP in security systems installation (CCQ Code 222) or a diploma in electronics. Candidates must be physically able to lift 70 lbs and climb ladders, with strong knowledge of National Building and Fire Codes.
