The Office Clerk provides clerical support by managing files, performing data entry, and handling utility invoices. They also assist with general office functions, including reception duties and communicating with utility providers and tenants.
Candidates must have a minimum of a DEC or equivalent credits and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills in both English and French are required.

The Office Clerk will report to the Director of the department.
