À titre de Planificateur de Projet chez Ganotec, vous aurez l'occasion de jouer un rôle central dans l'organisation et le succès des projets de construction. Vous serez au cœur des opérations, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de construction et d'ingénierie pour élaborer et mettre à jour les échéanciers. Votre expertise contribuera à veiller à ce que tous les jalons et éléments du projet soient respectés, assurant ainsi une communication claire et efficace sur l'état d'avancement du projet pour tous les membres clés de l'équipe.
Ganotec est un entrepreneur en construction industrielle lourde proposant une gamme exhaustive de prestations de services destinées au secteur industriel dans l'ensemble du Canada.
En général, Ganotec s'occupe participe directement aux disciplines principales tel que la construction de charpentes en acier, l’installation d'équipements mécaniques lourds, la tuyauterie ainsi que les travaux d’électricité, d’instrumentation et de contrôles.
Nos projets suivent divers types de contrats commerciaux, notamment des contrats clés en main, IAC, construction à prix fixe ou à couts remboursable.
Depuis toujours, nous sommes favorisons les « partenariats », travaillant en collaboration avec les propriétaires, les principaux fournisseurs d'équipement et les ingénieurs dès les premières étapes de la phase de développement de projet, cela afin de favoriser une stratégie d'exécution axée sur la rentabilité du projet.

• Présence régulière et assidue.
• Fournir un travail productif et respecter les délais.

• Effectuer les travaux de façon sécuritaire et efficace. Comprendre et suivre des instructions verbales et écrites, notamment des panneaux d’avertissement, des instructions sur l’utilisation de l’équipement et d’autres politiques
• Travailler pendant les heures normales d’ouverture pour organiser et réaliser les travaux dans les délais prévus. Faire des heures supplémentaires et travailler la fin de semaine, selon les besoins.
