Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the regulatory compliance and market readiness of cosmetic products across Canada and international markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging regulatory affairs professional to build specialized expertise within the dynamic cosmetics industry while contributing to the successful development and commercialization of innovative products.
Working closely with Research & Development, Marketing, Quality, and external partners, the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator supports regulatory activities throughout the product lifecycle, helping to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry requirements. This role provides valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration, regulatory strategy, and the evolving global regulatory landscape, while contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality products to market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Regulatory Compliance
Review product information and documentation to support compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations
Prepare and maintain ingredient lists, INCI declarations, allergen statements, and other regulatory documentation
Support the review and approval of product artwork and packaging claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist with cosmetic product notifications and registrations in Canada and international markets
Support the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIF/DIP) and other regulatory dossiers
Regulatory Support to Product Development
Provide regulatory support to R&D and Marketing teams throughout the product development process
Participate in cross-functional project meetings and contribute regulatory guidance to new product launches
Respond to internal regulatory inquiries
Documentation and Systems
Maintain regulatory databases and product information records
Support the creation, updating, and continuous improvement of regulatory procedures and documentation
Participate in projects aimed at improving regulatory processes and systems
Regulatory Intelligence
Monitor regulatory developments affecting the cosmetics industry
Assist in assessing the impact of new regulations and implementing required changes
Contribute to regulatory training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 2 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Development, or a related field
Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or natural health product industry is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
