As a Senior Proposal Lead / Manager based in Mississauga or Toronto, you’ll help position WSP to pursue and secure complex, high-value opportunities across Canada. This is a role for a strategic pursuit leader who knows how to turn client needs, technical expertise, competitive intelligence, and compelling storytelling into proposals that stand apart.
You’ll partner with technical, commercial, and executive leaders to shape winning strategies for major pursuits, strengthen proposal quality, and elevate how WSP brings its Earth & Environment expertise to market. AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
