The District Operator is responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, and customer experience across the Western Ontario district. They will lead store leadership teams, manage P&L, ensure compliance, and execute strategic business plans to drive growth.
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three years as a Store Manager. Strong knowledge of store operations, unionized environments, and franchise business models is required.

We are looking for a District Operator for the Western Ontario region (Sobeys/Foodland) who will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, business performance, and an industry-leading customer and employee experience across your district. You’ll lead and develop Store Leadership teams, build strong partnerships across the organization, and translate business strategies into meaningful results at the store level.
You’ll be accountable for the overall performance of your district, including sales, profitability, people development, customer experience, compliance, and community engagement. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset, you’ll empower teams to deliver on our brand promise and achieve our business goals.
