Lead the strategy, structure, and growth of the Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice while evolving it into a client advisory-focused model. Oversee client engagements, build scalable workflows, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and supervisors.
Requires over 10 years of experience in accounting and CAS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A CPA or similar professional certification is preferred along with a proven track record of scaling bookkeeping practices.
What's the Role?
The Client Accounting Services Department Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for building, leading, and scaling the firm's CAS practice. This position plays a critical role in evolving the firm from traditional bookkeeping services into a true client advisory-focused CAS model.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced CAS leader to build the practice from the ground up, establish scalable processes, lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with firm leadership to drive long-term growth and innovation.
This role may be based in any of our 19 MBE office locations, filled as a hybrid opportunity, or filled as a remote position, depending on experience.
