Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation for patients with physical or psychosocial disabilities. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers on health and prevention.
Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid Ohio or Multi-State Compact license. Candidates must also obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
