What our program offers:
A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full-time opportunity
A strong support network including mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager
A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world
A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders
About the Opportunity
Working within our Strategy & Architecture division, you will gain exposure to solution design, delivery, testing and infrastructure activities, while building a broad understanding of RACV’s technology environment and wider business operations.
Throughout the program, you will:
Support solution design, build an understanding of RACV’s business lines and processes, and develop knowledge of the Solutions Architect role that help inform sound business decisions
Collaborate with Delivery Teams to support the implementation of business requirements, undertake testing activities in development environments, and assist with the deployment of production-ready code.
Configuring infrastructure devices and supported day-to-day Infrastructure & Network operations.
What you’ll need to be successful:

To be considered for the program, you’ll need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Digital infrastructure, Software Engineering, Digital Technology, or a related field
To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
Curiosity and a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of the digital technology landscape
Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions
A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)
