The Compliance Counsel is responsible for identifying and mitigating regulatory risks across U.S. and international operations, specifically focusing on AML, KYC, and OFAC frameworks. They provide legal guidance to stakeholders and manage vendor contracts and data protection compliance.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and preferably an active bar membership, with over 7 years of experience in financial crimes or regulatory compliance. Extensive knowledge of BSA, AML, and the Digital Services Act is required.
