Title: IPU Hospice Registered Nurse
Qualifications: Registered Nurse from an accredited program, currently licensed and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state of licensure of the hospice program. -At least 1 to 2 years of experience in nursing in an acute care setting or 1 year of experience in home health, hospice, or comparable experience is preferred. -Desire to learn and demonstration of aptitude for the hospice philosophy and comfort care required.

It is the responsibility of the Nurse to coordinate and provide the highest level of hospice care to patients and families.
This position reports directly to the Director of Patient Care Services. The Nurse works in conjunction with the Clinical Coordinator and the Interdisciplinary Group to:
