Responsible for the accurate and timely perfection of automotive titles for lending partners. This includes auditing loan documents, managing the title check queue, and communicating with customers to obtain missing documentation.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in both dealership and titles processing. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.
They are responsible for perfecting automotive titles in a timely manner in the correct lending partner name. The Title Specialist will work collaboratively with other Location Services production teams to ensure that title processing is done accurately, efficiently, and completed within established guidelines. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys a goal driven & fast-paced environment, is enthusiastic to multitask and perform multiple departmental functions, and is poised and professional at all times. This position is in office, Monday through Friday - Indianapolis, IN.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
