Responsible for maintaining quality and food safety compliance through product releases, hold processing, and incident investigations. This includes performing analytical testing, conducting line audits, and maintaining accurate quality records in a manufacturing environment.
Requires a minimum of two years of experience in a quality assurance lab or manufacturing setting. An associate degree in food science or a related science is preferred.

Essential Functions
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and out in the manufacturing operation.
The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office equipment.
All required PPE for plant operational safety is expected to be used.
Position requires ability to communicate and work well with peers.
