Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address application issues and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
