Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
