The Financial Consultant provides financial counseling and advice on TIAA products to help clients achieve their immediate and long-term financial goals. They also interact with retirement plan participants to facilitate product purchases and execute transaction requests.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of financial services experience and obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 120 days of their start date. A university degree is preferred, along with a Life and Health Insurance license.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
