The Diet Clerk processes patient diet orders and acts as a liaison between patients, nursing staff, and the nutrition department. They are responsible for ensuring meal compliance with physician-prescribed diets and maintaining food safety standards.
A high school diploma is preferred along with experience in healthcare food service or nutrition. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.
