The Program Director oversees the design, implementation, and quality of afterschool programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role manages staff, budgets, and marketing efforts to maximize enrollment and program effectiveness.
Candidates must be at least 21 with a high school diploma and meet Texas Child Care Regulation standards for an Operations Director. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in licensed child care or youth development are preferred.
