The Passenger Service Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, seat assignments, and documentation verification for international and domestic flights. They also perform operational tasks such as connecting Jetways and ensuring safety and security compliance throughout the airport environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Proficiency in English and the flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Role Purpose
As a member of our passenger services team, you will be assisting passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.
