The Distribution Drafter will perform various drafting and detailing functions using AutoCAD and MicroStation to support overhead and underground utility projects. They will collaborate with design engineers to produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings while maintaining project standards and processes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant drafting experience using AutoCAD or MicroStation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management tools like ProjectWise or SharePoint are also required.

The Distribution Drafter will work under the mentorship of a seasoned team in a fast paced environment to perform various drafting and detailing functions using MicroStation and AutoCAD software for various utility clients. This individual is expected to develop the ability to work with increased independence.
In this role the qualified individual will be working closely with multiple design engineers and designers to complete Drafting and Detailing tasks at a high level of quality, efficiency and productivity as required for execution of client projects.
Responsibilities will include:
• Provide 2D and/or 3D drawings in support of our distribution team.
• Create plan and profile drawings to support both overhead and underground projects

• Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced engineering/production environment.
