Create mechanical, structural, and piping conceptual designs for liquid terminals and oil and gas infrastructure using 2-D and 3-D CAD systems. Responsible for modeling, documenting, and verifying systems while ensuring all drawings meet company quality standards.
Requires an associate degree or technical training in Mechanical Engineering or CAD Technology with 3-5 years of relevant design experience. Proficiency in 3-D CAD systems and knowledge of onshore oil and gas or in-plant piping is essential.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Designer II – Mechanical at LJA Energy, you will create mechanical, structural, and piping conceptual designs for liquid terminals and miscellaneous oil and gas infrastructure using 2-D and 3-D CAD systems. This role is responsible for modeling, detailing, documenting, and verifying mechanical, structural, piping, equipment, and related systems while ensuring drawings meet department and company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment while meeting project deadlines.
