ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our branch; a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the plumbing supply distribution business from the ground up and grow within it. This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You’ll be on your feet, on the road, and working alongside a team that supports contractors and keeps jobs moving. For the right person, this role is an opportunity to learn the products, the customers, and the operation, with a path into roles like counter sales, inside sales, or broader operations over time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
Run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL)
Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time
Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance
Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations and learn the flow of the business
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment
Ability to lift and handle materials safely
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Forklift experience is a plus (we can train)
Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful
