📍 Location: Capital Lighting – Polaris Parkway
💲 Starting Pay: $21.50/hour
🕒 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Organize and prepare inventory for scheduled deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory tracking throughout warehouse operations
Inspect products for damages or defects and document discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment including stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform routine light cleaning duties throughout the warehouse and common areas
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment is preferred, but training will be provided
Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory safely
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing daily tasks
