The Clinical Supervisor manages day-to-day program operations to ensure quality, compliance, and the achievement of performance goals. They provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff while maintaining clinical documentation and reporting to the Clinical Services Director.
Candidates must hold an active LSW, LPC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S licensure in Ohio and have over 5 years of experience in behavioral health or SUD settings. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and certification in First Aid, CPR, and De-escalation training within 90 days.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their designated program to ensure its effectiveness, quality, compliance, and overall performance goals. This will require a high level of guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback given. Most importantly, the Clinical Supervisor will set the cultural tone by establishing organizational excellence, efficient systems, defined processes, and an ethical leadership structure. This role is responsible for influencing their team to demonstrate the organization’s values of integrity, consistency, innovation, compliance, and employee engagement.
