Requires a Bachelor's degree in a biological or clinical laboratory science and ASCP certification (MLS, MB, or CG). Experience in human genetics or molecular genetics is required, with NGS experience preferred.
This position is responsible for performing Next Generation Sequencing and Molecular clinical testing including wet lab bench work and data analyses for a variety of assays. This position is also heavily involved in quality control and operational improvement within the Institute for Genomic Medicine.
Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution, or Bachelor's degree equivalent education as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations: 42CFR493.1405(b)(5)(i)(B).
